2011年，仅有4,207篇论文；到2020年目前，就已经达到22,888篇论文；十年翻5.4倍。

根据急诊科领域2020年发文2.2万篇的总量，下面针急诊科的数据大都是今年最近半年论文分析结果。
国家分布可以看到，美国发表论文数最多，为4,122篇；中国发表的研究论文数量为1,865篇，占18%，排在第二位。意大利、日本和加拿大分列第三到五位。

发表急诊科相关研究最多的五个SCI杂志是Am J Emerg Med, J Emerg Med, Ann Emerg Med, PLoS One, Acad Emerg Med等。
需要注意的是，IF=-1的标记意味着该期刊尽管被Medline数据库收录，但不是SCI收录期刊；尤其是其中的很多是掠夺性期刊，比如Cureus，就是典型的垃圾期刊；投稿时要特别小心。

我们同时也发现，急诊科的几位学者，在短短的半年时间里发表了十几篇SCI论文，强烈提示发表急诊科论文的套路。
所以，我们分享两位学者的研究思路。
1，美国Department of Emergency Medicine, Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois的Gottieb, Michael。
在半年时间内，Michael等发表了31篇论文。并且都是不错的临床论文，所以分享给大家。
